摘要: A method has been developed for the forensic analysis of faeces by DNA amplification and direct sequencing a polymorphic segment mitochondrial DNA. Starting from as little 10 mg wet weight faeces, was extracted variety protocols amplified using primers specific to hypervariable region I control region. The resulting products were sequenced in solid phase an automated sequencer. In total, mtDNA sequences generated nine Caucasians compared with their respective blood samples. Sequences samples same individual identical every case, but range 1–10 nucleotide differences observed between individuals, average sequence variation approximately 4.88 per 400 bp.
