摘要: Abstract We hypothesized that preadipocyte differentiation would be depressed by differentiating myoblasts, whereas preadipocytes promote adipogenic gene expression in myoblasts a co-culture system. also determined the effects of arginine, biological precursor nitric oxide, and/or trans -10, cis -12 conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on during bovine and myoblasts. Bovine semimembranosus satellite cells (BSC) subcutaneous were isolated from crossbred steers cultured with 10% fetal serum (FBS)/Dulbecco's modified Eagle medium (DMEM) 1% antibiotics 3-day proliferation period.
