摘要: Abstract We hypothesized that preadipocyte differentiation would be depressed by differentiating myoblasts, whereas preadipocytes promote adipogenic gene expression in myoblasts a co-culture system. also determined the effects of arginine, biological precursor nitric oxide, and/or trans -10, cis -12 conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on during bovine and myoblasts. Bovine semimembranosus satellite cells (BSC) subcutaneous were isolated from crossbred steers cultured with 10% fetal serum (FBS)/Dulbecco's modified Eagle medium (DMEM) 1% antibiotics 3-day proliferation period. After proliferation, BSC treated for 3 days 3% horse serum/DMEM 5% FBS/DMEM antibiotics, respectively. Media contained 100 μM oleic acid, 10 μg/ml insulin, 1 pioglitazone dexamethasone. Subsequently, adipocytes their respective media 5 mM arginine 40 -10 , CLA 4 days. Finally, single- or co-cultured 2 h singly combination. Arginine stimulated SCD expression, ( P =.002). Co-culture elicited an increase C/EBPβ PPARγ differentiated ≤.01) GPR43 =.01). Expression AMPKα CPT1s was unaffected co-culture, although tended =.12) to co-culture. These experiments demonstrated increased myoblastic cells.
