摘要: Genetic variants of cleft lip and palate trans-membrane 1-like (CLPTM1L) genes in the p15.33 region chromosome 5 were previously identified to influence susceptibility lung cancer. We examined association single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) CLPTM1L with cancer explored their potential effects on relationship between environmental risk factors (smoking, drinking) a Chinese Han population. genotyped 9 case-control study 228 cases 301 controls from northwest China. Odds ratios (ORs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs) calculated by unconditional logistic regression. that minor alleles rs451360, rs402710, rs31484 associated 0.52-fold, 0.76-fold, 0.70-fold decreased allelic model analysis, respectively. In genetic we found rs402710 rs401681 risk. Further stratification analysis showed rs380286 displayed significantly (OR=0.65, P=0.041) non-drinkers. addition, Haplotype "GTTATCTGT" was be (OR=0.50, P=0.033). Our results verified contribute Additionally, consumption alcohol may interact overall susceptibility.
