摘要: Solid tumor growth is heavily dependant on angiogenesis. Tumor angiogenesis the result of a complex interplay between cells, endothelial and other stromal cells. It has been found to be under strict control plethora molecular factors that function as angiogenic up- down-regulators; nevertheless, identification cellular players their roles in still ongoing. The microvasculature resulting from lacks hierarchy high permeability for macromolecules nanoparticles, which offers significant potential nanoparticulate imaging drug delivery platforms. However, improvements poorly vascularized regions distribution throughout interstitium are critical nanoparticles become more effective battle against cancer. A tool proven extremely valuable both unraveling pathways characterizing vivo nanoparticle behavior solid tumors intravital microscopy grown window chamber preparations. In this review technique explained, several exciting examples illustrating its value elucidating presented study using approach described. We conclude with discussion chambers multimodality studies pathophysiology dynamics.
