摘要: Human papillomavirus (HPV) has been implicated in cervical carcinoma and the p53 gene is polymorphic at amino acid 72 of protein that it encodes. The association between polymorphisms risk for HPV-associated cancer examined, but results have conflicting. It reported patients with arginine form a higher developing than those proline form. purpose this study was to examine whether Arg position could represents factor women high-risk malignant lesions. In study, polymorphism examined by both allele-specific PCR RFLP analysis 113 100 healthy controls. There no statistical difference subtype distribution cervix control groups. significant genotype codon HPV infection. Thus, itself as well combination infection may not be genetic therefore much attention should paid other factors such sexual behavior smoking.
