摘要: Background A short and wide lower face is perceived as unattractive masculine. Simply contouring the mandibular body angle insufficient to make with features slimmer more feminine. In many cases, vertical elongation of chin together a bone graft necessary. This can cause infection, donor-site morbidity height loss by resorption grafted bone. To prevent this problem, authors performed pedicled interpositional discarded from narrowing genioplasty, results were aesthetically satisfactory.
