摘要: Surgery to narrow the chin is usually combined with mandible reduction, both of which may greatly improve aesthetics lower face. However, some patients have a disproportionately wide without an excessive angle. In these cases, it possible achieve harmonic and well-balanced face by simply narrowing anterior portion mandible, including chin, leaving posterior part untouched.
