摘要: Associative evidence from observational and intervention studies in human subjects shows that a diet including plant foods (particularly fruit vegetables rich antioxidants) conveys health benefits. There is no any particular nutrient or class of bioactive substances makes special contribution to these Flavonoids occur naturally fruits, beverages such as tea wine. Quercetin the major flavonoid which belongs class called flavonols. found many common apples, tea, onions, nuts, berries, cauliflower, cabbage and many other foods. provides promoting benefits, improvement cardiovascular health, eye diseases, allergic disorders, arthritis, reducing risk for cancers more. The main aim this review obtain further understanding reported beneficial effects Quercetin, its pharmacological effects, clinical application also evaluate safety.
