摘要: Lead perovskite compounds possess very rich and complex phase diagrams. They also have great potential in a variety of commercial applications. However, due part to the complicated nature these materials, few systematic studies their ternary diagrams with respect electrical properties been performed. In this letter, we report microwave dielectric property mapping Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3–PbZrO3–PbTiO3 composition spread using scanning evanescent probe. We identified regions constants higher than 600 at 1 GHz.
