摘要: Aim In the present study, our aim was to determine changes in plasma concentrations of a recently discovered peptide hormone nesfatin-1 patients with major depressive disorder and then make comparison control group. Method Subjects patient group were randomly selected from Mustafa Kemal University, Medical School, Research Training Hospital, Psychiatry Department, Outpatient Clinic subjects healthy volunteers. Healthy matched terms weight body mass index. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAM-D) applied both groups. ELISA method used for measurement levels. Results The average level statistically higher than (p < 0.001). A positive correlation observed between levels HAM-D scores (r = 0.59, p < 0.001) (r = 0.58, p < 0.001). Conclusion Our findings suggest possible relationship high level.
