摘要: miRNAs regulate gene expression by inhibiting translation or targeting messenger RNA (mRNA) for degradation in a post-transcriptional fashion. In the present study, we show that ectopic of miR-34a reduces both mRNA and protein levels cyclin D1 (CCND1) cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6). We also demonstrate targets 3′-untranslated region CCND1 as well CDK6, which turn interferes with phosphorylation retinoblastoma. addition, overexpression induces significant G1 cell-cycle arrest A549 cell line. Taken together, our data suggest effects on cycle are through down-regulation is associated other either additively synergistically.
