摘要: AbstractPurpose: Presently there is a lack of effective, noninvasive tests for the detection and monitoring bladder cancer. Measurement fibrin/fibrinogen degradation products in urine has been shown to be useful indicator carcinoma. The objective this study was evaluate AuraTek FDP rapid immunoassay device urinary associated with cancer.Materials Methods: A prospective multicenter conducted compare cytology hemoglobin dipstick cancer 192 patients history cancer.Results: significantly more sensitive (68%) than conventional (34%, p <0.001) or (41%, tumors, particularly low stage grade disease.
