摘要: Brain tumor is a distinct pathological entity that differs from other diseases, including cerebrovascular, demyelinating, inflammatory, infectious, and various miscellaneous diseases. Insidious onset gradual progression of signs symptoms are common in patients with brain tumors, whereas the cerebrovascular diseases usually acute or sudden. Patients infectious show subacute onset. Differentiation tumors disorders possible clinically radiologically characteristic features. However, some than an atypical clinical course and/or radiological findings may suggest simulate those tumors. The diagnosis confirmed histopathologically, appropriate therapies given to patient based on histopathological type grade tumor. In order obtain specimen for examination, surgical intervention required. Other diagnosed radiologically. Invasive procedures should be avoided making diagnosis. Therefore, differentiation critical issue neuroimaging. Detailed inspection images necessary, findings, additional imaging methods, such as diffusion-weighted imaging, often helpful differential We assess simulating review literature.
