摘要: Prior to 2000, only DEN-1 and the American genotype DEN-2 viruses were isolated in Peru. During dengue outbreak from May 2000 2001 North-west departments of Peru, clinical data blood samples obtained 1,652 patients who presented manifestations comparable with those dengue. Virus genome isolations made 278 (16.8%) samples. Serotype-specific monoclonal antibodies polymerase chain reaction (PCR) used type isolations. The majority was determined by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis. Members each serotype two genotypes virus isolated: (n=93); Asian (n=104); (n=1); not (n=53); DEN-3 (n=25); DEN-4 (n=2). Representativ es serotype, for DEN-2, confirmed partial sequence Dengue as Plaque Reduction Neutralization Test (PNT) present acute serum single DHF Grade-II patient, 19 31 (61%) sera Grade-I 3 45 (7%) DF patients, suggesting an association between pre-existing antibody disease severity.
