摘要: Abstract The phospholipids of embryonic chick ventricular cells were analysed at various developmental stages with respect to the composition alkylacyl, alkenylacyl and diacyl ethanolamine choline phosphoglycerides for fatty chain these lipid classes. percentage alkylacyl increased in course development. ether-linked was significantly different from that compound. In general, both ether consisted a higher 22-carbon chains, such as 22:4, 22:5 22:6, compared compounds, throughout earlier stage During development, there dramatic increase 20:4 decrease mainly total but also phosphoglycerides. A particularly significant 22:6 found phophoglycerides. When 14 C-labeled 22:4 3 H-labeled incorporated into ventricles vitro, it observed associated phopholipids, especially alkyl suggesting is high selectivity acid during synthesis compounds.
