摘要: The relative incorporation of [3H]arachidonic acid (20:4) into individual molecular species containing 20:4 at the 2 position (18:1 - 20:4, 16:0 and 18:0 species) diacyl ether-linked glycerophosphocholine, glycerophosphoethanolamine glycerophosphoinositol rabbit alveolar macrophages has been measured by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The rate [3H]20:4 glycerophospholipids was greatly influenced their structures. HPLC analysis allowed elucidation influence structural differences, such as nature polar head group, fatty chain 1 chemical form bond attached on uptake comparison specific radioactivities arachidonoyl having same structures, except that one three kinds moiety different. choline groups were significantly higher than those ethanolamine inositol moieties. considerably species. also glycerophospholipids. 18:1 preferentially labelled with compared to corresponding either or glycerophospholipids. The present results suggest acyltransferase involved in selectivity for structures order this enzyme species, deduced experiments, follows: group > groups, acyl ether vinyl bonds, chains position. Comparison metabolic activities all major a single structure is reported here first time.
