摘要: — An immunoprecipitation technique has been employed to measure the rate of synthesis tyrosine hydroxylase in organ cultures rat superior cervical ganglia and effect nerve growth factor on that rate. Ganglia which have maintained culture for 16 h without synthesize hydroxylase; comprises approx 0.2% newly synthesized soluble protein. While total amount de novo increases presence physiological levels factor, differential is essentially unchanged. At higher (3–10 μg/ml) there a small increase synthesis. The major action appears be survival tissue, but induction evident at high factor.
