摘要: Iron plays an important role in cell growth and metabolism, as many key reactions energy metabolism DNA synthesis are catalyzed by iron-containing enzymes, some biologists have considered it likely that iron was obligatory requirement during the earliest phases of evolution life (Shapira, 1964; Neilands, 1972). Under most physiological conditions, however, atom exists its oxidized ferric (Fe3+) state at neutral pH salts hydrolyzed to insoluble hydroxide. Thus ions excess 2.5 × 10–18 M insoluble. To combat this problem, organisms developed various systems maintain a soluble form transport into cell. Micro-organisms solved problem producing secreting iron-chelating molecules referred siderophores (Neilands, 1981) whereas vertebrates family closely related iron-binding proteins collectively known transferrins (Aisen Listowsky, 1980).
