摘要: Tear film breakup time (TFBUT) is an essential parameter used to diagnose dry eye disease (DED). However, a robust method for examining TFBUT in murine models has yet be established. We invented innovative device, namely, the "Smart Eye Camera", which addresses several problems associated with existing methods and capable of evaluating DED model. compared images taken by devices Smart Camera graft-versus-host disease-related observed that quality obtained were sufficient practical use. Moreover, this new technique could obtain measurements consecutive ocular phenotypes variety environments. Here, we demonstrate effectiveness our invention examination phenotypes, including highlight potential future translational studies adopting clinical settings.
