摘要: Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious bacterial disease, which one of the leading causes morbidity and mortality worldwide. The causative organism belongs to Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC). Disease spread between humans generally occurs via aerosols. Due slow growth these bacteria, appropriate molecular methods provide important tool for rapid diagnosis.
