摘要: Lung cancer, of which non-small-cell lung cancer comprises the majority, is leading cause cancer-related deaths in United States and worldwide. adenocarcinomas are a major subtype cancers, increasing incidence globally both males females smokers non-smokers, for almost 50% attributable to cancer. adenocarcinoma tumour with complex biology that we have recently started understand advent various histological, transcriptomic, genomic proteomic technologies. However, histological molecular pathogenesis this malignancy still largely unknown. This review will describe advances pathology emphasis on genomics DNA alterations disease. Moreover, discuss recognized preneoplastic lesions current concepts early progression We also portray field cancerization phenomenon lineage-specific oncogene expression pattern how remerging can be exploited increase our understanding subsequent development biomarkers detection possibly personalized prevention.
