摘要: Seasonal fluctuations in the wolf diet Hustai National Park (Mongolia) were determined by analysing scats that collected from 1994–1997. Except for July, August and September, at least 50% of frequency occurrence prey items consisted livestock. The wild ungulates ranged 8–43%, most often consumed October, but seldom June. Our study suggested seasonal changes effected life history red deer. coincided with availability vulnerability calves. To reduce livestock losses poaching wolves we recommend more research, protection monitoring both populations wolves, reintroduction guarding dogs year-round domestic horses.
