摘要: The purpose of this study was to optimize the conditions for polymerase chain reaction (PCR). most common problem with conventional PCR is presence nonspecific products and primer-dimers formation, which could be due several factors such as annealing temperature, primer concentration, Taq DNA activity during setup PCR. Recently, a neutralizing monoclonal antibody (TaqStart) that blocks Polymerase has been developed. In present study, we determined effects (TaqStart antibody) other parameters, temperature oligonucleotide concentrations, on specificity products. results these experiments suggest TaqStart inhibits formation by blocking until components are heated in thermal cycler (hot start). Other magnesium concentration equally important
