摘要: Waste milk samples from 103 farms in England and Wales were examined for the presence of β-lactam antibiotics ESBL-producing Enterobacteriaceae. Approximately 10 months after initial sampling, further waste milk, environmental faecal shown to be positive CTX-M Escherichia coli investigated further. Isolates with an ESBL phenotype tested by PCR blaCTX-M, blaOXA, blaSHV blaTEM genes. blaCTX-M sequenced determine type. Representative isolates PFGE, plasmid replicon typing serotyping. Of particular interest, 21.4% contained residues cephalosporin cefquinome, which was significantly associated bacteria. Such bacteria occurred 5.8% (including 3.9% E. coli). types identified 1, 14, 14b 15, but none serotype O25, human pandemic strain.
