摘要: Despite the fact that marine crustacean Artemia salina is extensively used in ecotoxicology, there still a lack of information about its sensitivity to commonly chemicals. In presented study, acute toxicity 18 chemicals – including organic solvents, industrial chemicals, metals and inorganic compounds A. was evaluated. showed range sensitivities tested Regarding all investigated organics, phenolic expressed highest . Nitrite mercury were most toxic substances applied study. On other hand, dimethyl sulfoxide, nitrate ammonium least toxic. The possibility use for interspecies correlation assessed by comparison different organisms (bacteria, fish, crustacean) compounds. Correlation between various species observed, especially fish. Due strong relation logarithm octanol/water partition coefficient log P OW, lipophilicity found be main factor influencing chosen No significant physico-chemical parameters observed.
