摘要: The effect of the addition molecular nitrogen on oxygen dissociation is investigated in a low pressure gas discharge. efficiency measured as function N2 concentration, for total ranging from 0.4 to 3 Torr discharge tubes with diameter between 6 and 21 mm. concentration O atoms obtained by NO+O chemiluminescent reaction. authors show that few percent degree varies factor 1.5-10 depending tube pressure. ratio pure mixtures calculated, their results imply that, tends infinity, one. conclude most important reason increase presence reduction wall diffusion losses.
