摘要: Abstract Objective : To induce prolonged motor cortical excitability reductions by transcranial direct current stimulation in the human. Methods Cathodal was applied transcranially to hand area of human primary cortex from 5 9min separate sessions twelve healthy subjects. Cortico-spinal tested single pulse magnetic stimulation. Transcranial electrical and H-reflexes were used learn about origin changes. Neurone specific enolase measured before after prove safety protocol. Results Five 7min resulted reductions, which lasted for minutes end stimulation, induced after-effects up an hour as revealed Muscle evoked potentials elicited electric did not change. concentrations remained stable throughout experiments. Conclusions is capable inducing non-invasively. These changes are most probabely localised intracortically.
