摘要: B lymphocyte development occurs in the intersinusoidal spaces of bone marrow association with a sessile population stromal cells. Development long-term culture systems that support lymphopoiesis has allowed isolation cells process and permitted analysis their role controlling growth differentiation lineage culture. In addition to direct interactions developing lymphocytes, secrete variety cytokines affect differentiation, many these molecules have been expressed recombinant form. These relatively recent advances made it possible formulate working model involved regulating primary cell production.
