摘要: In this study, the dissolution of polysaccharides into an ionic liquid was investigated and applied as a coating onto capillary walls fused-silica in open-tubular CEC. The evaluated by examining chiral separation two analytes (thiopental, sotalol) with three cellulose derivatives (cellulose acetate, acetate phthalate, butyrate). Baseline thiopental enantiomers achieved use each polysaccharide (Rs: 7.0, 8.1, 7.1), while sotalol provided partial resolution 0.7, 1.0, 0.9). addition, reproducibility cellulose-coated capillaries estimating run-to-run capillary-to-capillary RSD values EOF. Both stability were very good less than 7%.
