摘要: Recent discoveries of surface proteins involved in tumor metastasis formation have revived an old hypothesis that cells may acquire, and use for their metastatic spreading, properties which lymphoid had developed to defend the organism against foreign antigens. Splice variants CD44 integrins are expressed on metastasizing also leukocytes at defined stages differentiation. Expression function appear be essential not only generation immune response but establishment colonies.
