摘要: Gliomas are the most common tumors originating in brain. Most gliomas malignant. They cause of death almost all patients who harbor them. Even that originally relatively benign histologically, usually evolve into more malignant and prove life-threatening. Current treatments for include surgery,radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, either singly or combination. Transient control is possible many cases, yet recurrence rule.Possible reasons tumor failure to extirpate infiltrating cells, resistance chemotherapy radiotherapy, decreased immune response
