摘要: A naturally occurring immunologic disease, characterized by autoimmune hemolytic anemia, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and nephritis, is described in seven dogs. The disease primarily affected formed elements the blood, glomeruli blood vessels. Abnormal serum proteins, including LE factor, rheumatoid factor antithyroid antibody were found Corticosteroids splenectomy effective controlling hematologic components of but apparently had no effect on renal lesions. Recurrence was frequent prognosis grave. Additional abnormalities, malar eruption, intermittent lameness alopecia occasionally as an integral part sequential involvement several tissues during course disease.
