摘要: Carcinoma-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) have been demonstrated to play an important role in the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). The aim this study is investigate influence CAFs on OSCC cells explore focal adhesion kinase (FAK) process. results showed that expressed a higher level FAK than normal human gingival (HGFs), conditioned medium (CM) could induce invasion migration SCC-25, one line. However, knockdown by small interfering RNA (siRNA) resulted inhibition CAF-CM induced probably reducing production monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1/CCL2), downstream target chemokines. Therefore, our findings indicated targeting might be promising strategy for treatment future.
