摘要: Abstract Purpose A comparative, ultrasound evaluation of the thickness keratinized mucosa (TKT) around implants one year after gingival augmentation (GA) by means a connective tissue graft (CTG) and xenogeneic collagen matrix (CMX). Materials methods total 75 bone level tapered (Conelog® Camlog) were inserted in 57 patients aesthetic area both jaws. The divided into 3 groups: control group I- without GA; II- GA months before implantation, III- implantation. Groups II III two subgroups depends on type material used for GA: (a) CMX (Mucograft®, Geistlich Pharma AG) (b) CTG. underwent clinical examination before, then 12 following respectively to evaluate TKT at points using equipment (Pirop®, Echoson). Point 1 was considered be middle line connecting cemento-enamel junction (CEJ) adjacent teeth, point 2 mucogingival (MGJ). Results Three GA, highest increase noted IIIb (point – 0.95 mm, 1.01 mm). However, observed IIb 1.76 mm, 1.36 m) next 1.52 mm, 1.15 mm). Conclusions Both CTG Mucograft® increased TKT, but higher values An ultrasonic device can as non-invasive, reliable, reproducible method evaluating TKT.
