摘要: The leakage of different serum proteins, including immunoglobulins, into human cerebral gliomas was studied by use the unlabeled peroxidase-antiperoxidase (PAP) method on cryostat and paraffin sections. Our series 50 tumour biopsies included 21 isomorphic astrocytomas oligodendrogliomas (grade II), 19 anaplastic III), 10 glioblastomas IV). immunohistochemical staining proteins similar sections graded with respect to occurrence, distribution, intensity. Serum a small hydrodynamic radius low concentration (prealbumin) or high (albumin) were diffusely present in interstitial spaces all glioma types. medium molecular size variable concentrations, i. e. IgG, IgA, ceruloplasmin, detected preferentially III IV) displaying comparable distribution patterns but intensities. Alpha-2-macroglobulin protein large also demonstrated grade IV gliomas, whereas IgM beta-lipoprotein being largest tested almost restricted blood vessels necroses. In addition, most occurred intensities those areas II that showed macro-or microcystic mucinous tissue degeneration. varying results for protiens indicate blood-brain barrier within is not completely disturbed. It appears vascular permeability increased small-sized larger interstitium seems depend type increasing malignancy.
