摘要: Due to their bioactivity and harmful potential, advanced glycation end products (AGEs) are discussed affect human health. AGEs compounds formed endogenously in the body andexogenously, especially, foods while thermal processing. In contrast endogenous AGEs, dietary much higher extent. However, risk potential is also depending on absorption, distribution, metabolism elimination. For over 10 years an intense debate of health going on. On one hand, studies provided evidence that contribute clinical outcomes. other failed observe any association. Because it was not possible draw a final conclusion, call for new interdisciplinary approaches arose. this review, we will give overview current state scientific knowledge field. particular, focus (I) occurrence daily uptake (II) contribution levels (III) effect health-/disease-related biomarkers humans.
