摘要: We report the carboxylated C60 improved survival and quality of boar sperm during liquid storage at 4 °C thus propose use as a novel antioxidant semen extender supplement. Our results demonstrated that treated with 2 μg mL−1 had higher motility than control group (58.6% 35.4%, respectively; P ˂ 0.05). Moreover, after incubation for 10 days, acrosome integrity mitochondrial activity increased by 18.1% 34%, respectively, compared in group. Similarly, antioxidation abilities adenosine triphosphate levels significantly (P ˂ 0.05) those The presence increases probably suppressing reactive oxygen species (ROS) toxicity damage. Interestingly, could protect from oxidative stress energy deficiency inhibiting ROS-induced protein dephosphorylation via cAMP-PKA signaling pathway. In addition, safety an alternative was also comprehensively evaluated assessing mean litter size number live offspring treatment findings confirm agent suggest its supplement assisted reproductive technology domestic animals.
