摘要: The impact of antigenic stimulation on the dynamics simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) replication was studied following repeated intravenous BCC inoculation a SIV infected macaque. At site delayed type hypersensitivity reaction to purified protein derivative M. tuberculosis, distinctive variant noted, probably as result infiltration activated antigen-specific T cell clones opposed infection by blood borne in situ. quasispecies peripheral suggests sequential waves viral replication, illustrating role driving force dissemination and pathogenesis.
