摘要: Helicobacter pylori infection is a known risk factor of gastric carcino-genesis. This article presents early molecular alterations associated with H. chronic gastritis and advances in the characterization preneoplastic intestinal metaplasia (IM) premalignant mucosal lesions. induces changes gene expression, genomic instability accumulation mutations stomach epithelium. Mutations, including LOH microsatellite instability, hypermethylation are seen not only cancer, but already detectable IM dysplasia/adenoma. Recent reports using microarray expression analysis identified several epithelial genes that regulated by pylori. Among many showing altered response to pylori, some might be useful as markers assess cancer risk. Profiles mutagenesis dysplasia/adenoma have been characterized represent potential lesions during carcinogenesis.
