摘要: Survival of enveloped and non-enveloped viruses was compared with that bacteria, yeasts mycobacteria when dried on the surface polyvinyl chloride test carriers in presence or absence an organic matrix. The efficacy glutaraldehyde accelerated hydrogen peroxide (AHP) disinfectants evaluated. Reovirus, a virus, persisted had RF 2 after 30 days whereas Enterococcus faecalis 4 over same time period. other organisms (Sindbis Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Mycobacterium chelonae Candida albicans) variable survivals but none survived as long days. Both AHP were effective at manufactures' recommended dilutions for high-level disinfection. However, only 7% eliminated glutaraldehyde-resistant strain M. chelonae. Breakthrough survival detected 0.1% 0.05% all tested. Our data emphasise need cleaning disinfection nosocomial settings to prevent pathogen transmission.
