摘要: PURPOSE OF REVIEW: The development of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technology has led to many advances in the areas directed differentiation and characterization. New methods for generating iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes provide an invaluable resource study certain cardiovascular disorders.
