摘要: Mechanical stress maintains tissue homeostasis by regulating many cellular functions including cell proliferation, differentiation, and inflammation immune responses. In inflammatory microenvironments, macrophages in mechanosensitive tissues receive mechanical signals that regulate various Macrophage function is affected several types of stress, but the mechanisms which influence macrophage inflammation, such as regulation interleukin-1β inflammasomes, remain unclear. this review, we describe role monocyte function.
