摘要: We have generated transgenic mouse lines that carry one of three different constructs in which the murine N-myc gene is expressed under control immunoglobulin heavy chain transcriptional enhancer element (E mu-N-myc genes). High-level expression E transgenes occurred lymphoid tissues; correspondingly, many these reproducibly developed pre-B- and B-lymphoid malignancies. The transgene also appeared to participate generation a T cell malignancy mouse. These tumors adapted from them exceptionally high levels transgene; were comparable those observed human neuroblastomas with highly amplified genes. In contrast, all had low or undetectable c-myc RNA sequences, consistent possibility high-level can negative 'cross-regulation' expression. Our findings demonstrate deregulated has potent oncogenic potential within lineage despite fact never been implicated naturally occurring results are discussed context differential myc activity normal transformed cells.
