摘要: Alterations of microsatellites consisting extra or missing copies these sequences occur at relatively high frequencies in sporadic and hereditary colorectal adenocarcinomas, gastric pancreatic cancers, lower endometrial, bladder, ovarian, other carcinomas. We determined the prevalence microsatellite instability esophageal adenocarcinoma, Barrett's esophagus, squamous cell carcinoma esophagus. Assays were performed on 105 patients, including 28 subjects with metaplasia, 36 Barrett's-associated 42 primary carcinoma. Flow cytometric nuclear sorting based DNA content was 25 adenocarcinomas prior to extraction. Specimens from 11 106 patients (10%) showed 1 more chromosomal loci. Instability seen 2 (7%) metaplasia alone, 8 (22%) (2%) Among flow cytometrically sorted occurred (32%); diploid nuclei tumors 4 cases (50%). These data indicate that occurs frequently adenocarcinoma. They also suggest can develop as an early event tumor cells, before aneuploidy occurs.
