摘要: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most widely recognized and deadly malignancies worldwide. In spite fact that death rates have declined over previous decade, particularly because enhanced screening or potential treatment alternatives, CRC still remains third leading cause cancer-related mortality in world, with an estimated incidence 1 million new cases approximately 600 000 deaths yearly. Unlike prostate lung cancer, not easily detectable its early stage, which may also account for high rate. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class noncoding RNAs. The roles these RNAs been implicated pathogenesis, especially CRC, due to their ability posttranscriptionally regulate expression oncogenes tumor suppressor genes. Dysregulated many miRNAs regulates hundreds growth regulatory genes pathways important multistep model colorectal carcinogenesis. If detected early, it largely treatable disease. Early diagnosis, including identification premalignant adenomas, regarded major concept improving patient survival treatment. Several lines research suggest closely metastatic process some could be useful as promising clinical tools identifying specific stages differential expression. This review discusses correlation between staging relative miRNA detection, treatment, disease management.
