摘要: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) is an aggressive malignant tumor with poor prognosis. Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) important cell adhesion and signaling pathway mediator. The aim of this study was to evaluate the expression EGFR in both pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PanIN) PDA their relationship clinicopathologic characteristics. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues including 81 cases adenocarcinoma, 27 normal pancreas, 16 PanIN-1A, 18 PanIN-1B, 11 PanIN-2, 24 PanIN-3 were used for construction tissue microarrays. Imunohistochemistry performed. Normal ducts, PanIN-1B did not show overexpression. overexpression observed 18.2% (2/9) 41.7% (10/14) PanIN-3, 64.2% (52/81) PDA, respectively. Significantly higher PDAs than PanIN lesions (P<0.05). No statistically significant correlation between patient age, sex, location, size, histological grade, vascular invasion, lymph node metastasis stage at presentation, In conclusion, increased from PDA. may be involved early development
