摘要: Abstract DNA sequences for 100 species representing all subfamilies of Orchidaceae and Hypoxis as outgroup were produced the intron between b c exons subunit 1 mitochondrial NADH dehydrogenase (nad1). Although proportion variable sites is relatively low (slightly greater than rbcL in same taxa), length variation common, such that ranges from 905 bp to approximately 2100 among species.
