摘要: To construct and evaluate the validity of a job-exposure matrix (JEM) for psychosocial work factors defined by Karasek’s model using national representative data French working population. National sample 24,486 men women who filled in Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ) Karasek measuring scores psychological demands, decision latitude, social support (individual scores) 2003 (response rate 96.5%). Median values three total were used to define high low binary exposures). title was both occupation economic activity that coded detailed classifications (PCS NAF/NACE). Two JEM measures calculated from individual latitude each job title: (mean score) exposures (JEM score dichotomized at median). The analysis variance explained occupations activities, correlation agreement between measures, sensitivity specificity exposures, as well study associations with self-reported health showed demands support, relatively higher compared measures. Job-exposure measure might be complementary exposure assessment. Further research is needed factors.
