摘要: In the application of tuneable microwave devices ferroelectric (BaSr) TiO3 systems two critical parameters needed for optimal device performance are high tunability and low dielectric loss. The loss materials is strongly dependent on microstructure. This paper concerned with an investigation variation in mechanical losses BaxSr1-xTiO3 (x = 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 1.0) microstructure (grain sizes from 1 mum to 50 mum). magnitude peak sharpness anomaly constant/elastic modulus observed phase transitions BaxSr(1-x)TiO(3), depend not only composition but also grain size. A relaxation has been large material, which indication interactions between different configurations domain walls diffusion oxygen vacancies domains.
