摘要: Previously collected data have indicated that the laryngeal chemoreflex (LCR) response is exaggerated during a critical period of postnatal development in several experimental animals. These animals had fewer anatomic and physiological similarities to humans than do puppies. This investigation LCR 14 anesthetized puppies was undertaken determine age-related differences stimulation supraglottic mucosa by saline solution, distilled water, cow's milk, acid at pH 1.0. The dogs were divided into 3 age groups: group 1 consisted 4 2 weeks old, groups there 5 each, 6 age, respectively. (laryngospasm, apnea, respiratory depression, bradycardia) found only after with 1.0, it more easily achieved 4- 6-week 2-week group. findings suggest an age-dependent appears age. important implication this finding neural maturation may influence reflex some extent.
